Terms of Service

UpBid is a marketplace that connects private vehicle sellers in Singapore with verified motor dealers. UpBid facilitates introductions and sealed bidding; it is not a party to the sale of any vehicle and does not hold vehicle-sale funds.

1. Using UpBid

Sellers list a vehicle once; verified dealers submit competing bids during a fixed bidding window. Accepting a bid reveals contact details between the matched seller and dealer only.

2. Bids are binding

Once bidding closes, submitted bids are binding for the decision window stated on the listing. Dealers may revise or withdraw only while bidding is open.

3. Fees

UpBid charges dealers a fixed facilitation fee per completed transaction. Sellers pay nothing. Nothing is charged on cancelled or disputed deals.

4. Conduct and accuracy

Sellers confirm listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.
