Privacy Policy

This policy explains how UpBid collects, uses and protects personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Account details (email, name, mobile number), vehicle listing information, and bidding activity.

2. Anonymity boundary

Dealer identities and seller contact details — and the vehicle registration number — stay mutually hidden until a seller accepts a bid. Enforcement is server-side.

3. How we use data

To operate the marketplace, verify dealers, facilitate accepted deals, bill facilitation fees, and send transactional notifications.

4. Retention

Personal data is retained per a documented retention schedule mapped to data categories and deleted when no longer required.

5. Your choices

You may manage notification channels and request access to or correction of your personal data.
